Garg Enterprises Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Garg Enterprises!

We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 7 days of your purchase, if 7 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in the original packaging.

  • Return will only be accepted from the account which ordered it. Recipients / Consignee if other that buyer cannot place a return request.

  • Refund shall be processes with in 7 working days of the consignment being received at out warehouse and quality checked.

  • All items marked for return will be picked up by Garg Enterprises or is registered representative or courier partner. Please do not ship the products on your own.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
